Apple has rebuilt its home lineup around Siri AI, its new conversational assistant. Here’s what Canadians will pay, from Apple’s Canadian newsroom.
| Product | Price (CAD) | Available |
|---|---|---|
| HomeView | $429 (stand or wall-mounted) | Nov. 13 |
| Apple TV 4K | $429 | Nov. 13 |
| HomePod mini 2 | $199 | Oct. 30 |
Pre-orders are open for all three.
HomeView is a smart speaker with a 7-inch screen, offered as a stand or a wall-mounted model. It runs Apple Music, FaceTime, recipes, timers and widgets, recognizes who’s using it, and gives each person their own home screen, MobileSyrup reports. It requires iOS 27.2.
Apple TV 4K adds far-field microphones, so you can talk to Siri without the remote, and a remote you can find with Find My.
HomePod mini 2 comes in pink, green, blue, white and midnight, with lights that match album art.
The Canadian catch: Siri AI
Siri AI is the headline feature, and Canada is in the launch group, but only in English. On the Apple TV 4K, it’s available at launch. On the HomePod mini 2, it arrives in a future software update.
Why it matters: Quebec households that use Siri in French won’t get the main upgrade yet. Apple hasn’t given a date for French. If you’re buying for a French-speaking home, it may be worth waiting.
